Our operating plants expand to any size depending on how many projects we are running at any given time.
We have a
6'x24' Gerber CNC cutting machine with digitizing
table for cutting and kitting as well as for
large scale plotting and template manufacturing.
We now offer the ability of 3d laser scanning physical products and tooling molds for reverse engineering and product/mold verification. Since our laser scanning CMM is portable we can provide these services either at our facility or yours.
We
have a large production staging and finishing area that includes
a 12'x28' computer controlled vacuum oven for the curing
of composites.
Our prototyping
and tooling capabilities include a 5'x12' 3-axis CNC machine
in house with 5-axis machining provided through our partner facilities.
